Ikhtiar Pregnant with Supplement?

Another usaha ..untuk getting pregnant ialah consume supplement yg enhance fertility ..yang disarankan selalunya folic acid. kalau di google here & there...u will see lah knpa folic acid tu sangat2 disarankan. sebaiknya 3months sblum getting pregnant start tah consume.   Even masa betian 1st trimester pun ..kana bagi folic acid ani.
